PrimeBiome Ingredients Explained
Last updated: September 26, 2026
PrimeBiome combines one probiotic, one prebiotic and eight botanicals. Here is what each ingredient is and why it is included.
Bacillus coagulans
A spore-forming probiotic strain. Its protective spore helps it survive stomach acid on the way to the intestines. Each serving provides about 500 million CFU.
Inulin
A natural fiber from chicory root. It acts as a prebiotic, meaning it feeds the helpful bacteria that already live in your gut.
Ginger, fennel and slippery elm
Three classic digestive herbs. Ginger supports normal gut movement, fennel is a traditional after-meal herb for occasional gas, and slippery elm bark forms a soothing gel that comforts the digestive tract.
Lemon balm
A mint-family herb used to support a settled stomach and a relaxed mood.
Babchi, fenugreek and dandelion
Babchi is a traditional Ayurvedic seed linked with skin care, fenugreek is used for digestion and skin hydration, and dandelion is rich in antioxidants.
Lion's mane
A culinary mushroom included to support the gut–brain connection.
